"IMFS" means Integrated Contact Solutions Limited which trades under the name IMFS (registered in England and Wales with company number 09972113. Our registered office is at 4100 Park Approach, Thorpe Park, Leeds, LS15 8GB.

You are legally bound by these terms and conditions when granted access to the IMFS payment site. Please read them carefully. If you do not accept / agree with these terms, you must not use the site. Continuing with the use of our website grants IMFS explicit consent that you, the card holder, agrees to our Terms & Conditions.

The contractual agreement is setup using "IMFS" website at the URL https://imfs.co.com.

We will store the Credential on File for the purposes of carrying out our duties. Mainly Debt Recovery and the ability to process recurring (frequent) card payment transactions.

The stored credential can be removed by the account holder at ANY time by contacting us by telephone, email or in writing.

We will confirm in writing or email when permitted the details of any repayment plan entered into. Copies of these can be requested at anytime whilst the agreement is active.

ICS will not charge any payment processing fees. However, please be aware that should you be making payment by Credit Card you could encounter charges by your issuing bank.

The length of any contract entered into will be outlined in automatic documentation issued to you by email or post.
